Fourneau Série 900 - 6 Feux Vifs

Ce Fourneau Série 900 Master à 6 Feux Vifs de la marque Bartscher est en acier inoxydable possède également un four électrique GN 2/1 ainsi qu'une armoire neutre. La dimension du fourneau est de L 1200 x P 900 x H 900-950 mm.

Il est donc composé de 6 Feux Vifs à Gaz : 1 x 3,5 kW, 2 x 5 kW, et 3 x 8 kW. Les Feux Vifs sont équipés de veilleuses et les brûleurs à gaz sont à double couronne

Le four électrique GN 2/1 a une puissance de 5,6 kW et possède une plage de température de 70°C à 300°C.

Les cuvettes de brûleur avec lèchefrite amovible vous permettront un nettoyage facile.

L'armoire neutre est quand à elle de dimension L 345 x P 835 x H 470 mm.

Il est adapté à tous types de restauration et sera votre meilleur allié pour la préparation de vos plats.

L'appareil est réglé pour le gaz naturel H. Les buses pour le GPL et gaz naturel L sont fournis.

Il est recommandé de le faire installer par un professionnel
